Return & Order Cancellation Policy
1) Return Policy
A) Damaged or defective products:
Customer / Distributor / Franchisee, whoever has received damaged or defective products, they can return such products to us within 10 days of the delivery of the same and get replace with fresh products. This policy does not apply to products that have been intentionally damaged or misused.
B) Unsold Products:
B1) Customer / Distributor can return their unused / unsold products within 30 days from its purchase. Such products must be in re-salable condition. They will be given credit note against these returns which they have to re-use within 180 days for their fresh purchase of products with us.
Re-salable refers to products that are unopened, unused, not expired and, not seasonal, discontinued or special promotional products and/or services. Decision of executives at TVA Trade Link LLP on this returned products are re-salable or not will be final.
Products purchased using this returned credit note cannot be returned again.
B2) Franchisee can return their unsold products within 60 days from its purchase. Such products must be in re-salable condition. They will be given credit into their account and they can use this amount in their next purchases with the TVA Trade Link LLP.
