Return & Order Cancellation Policy
1) Return Policy
A) Damaged or Defective Products:

Customer / Distributor / Franchisee, whoever has received damaged or defective products, can return such products to us within 10 days of delivery and get them replaced with fresh products. This policy does not apply to products that have been intentionally damaged or misused.

B) Unsold Products:
B1) For Customers / Distributors:

Unused or unsold products can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Such products must be in re-salable condition. A credit note will be issued against these returns, which must be used within 180 days for fresh purchases.

'Re-salable' refers to products that are unopened, unused, not expired, and not seasonal, discontinued, or part of a special promotional offer. The decision of TVA Trade Link LLP executives regarding whether a returned product is re-salable will be final.

Products purchased using a returned credit note cannot be returned again.

B2) For Franchisees:

Unsold products can be returned within 60 days from the date of purchase. Such products must be in re-salable condition. A credit amount will be added to their account immediately, which can be used for their next purchases with TVA Trade Link LLP.
